Line-up of seventeen artists who will work with the theme: 'BEWEGEN EN
BEWOGEN WORDEN...' this year the festival is an active art experience
around kinetic and moving art. OSCART is going to build another new N.A.T.
[New Assembled Toys] C2C light sculpture, which will have a place in his

In the next three months OSCAR[T] will be lecturing and giving workshops to
the 'VAKKLAS' year 2 & 3 - at the Academie of Fine Arts MINERVA [University
of Applied Sciences - Groningen - the Netherlands]. Workshops MIXED MEDIA
and SILKSCREEN PRINTING VERSUS POETRY. Poet Rense Sinkgraven will recite
from his forthcoming book of poetry... These poems will 'feed' the students
and serve as a starting point, being inspired to create, to experimemt and
